Needs & Solutions provides technology consulting, development, and project implementation services. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties or guarantees of specific outcomes.

Needs & Solutions explicitly disclaims all responsibility for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Project outcomes, performance, or business results
- Data loss, security breaches, or system failures
- Third-party integrations or external dependencies
- Any legal or regulatory compliance issues
4. No Refund Policy
Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to Needs & Solutions are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Project cancellation by client at any stage
- Dissatisfaction with project outcomes or deliverables
- Change of requirements or scope
- Technical issues or compatibility problems
- Business failure or financial difficulties
- Any other reason whatsoever
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing our time, expertise, and effort, not specific results or outcomes.
5. Project Ownership
Ownership Rights
Needs & Solutions does not claim ownership of any project developed for clients:
- All code, designs, and intellectual property developed for specific clients remain the property of the client upon full payment
- We retain the right to reuse generic code components, libraries, and frameworks across multiple projects
- We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio with client permission
- Background technology, proprietary tools, and methodologies remain our intellectual property
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Provide necessary access and information for project completion
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines
- Assume full responsibility for project deployment and maintenance
7. Payment Terms
All projects require payment as follows:
- 50% advance payment before project initiation
- 50% upon project completion before delivery
- Additional charges for scope changes or additional features
- All payments are non-refundable as stated in Section 4
8. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details, except:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect our rights
- For portfolio showcasing with client permission
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made as agreed
- Client violates these Terms
- Client engages in illegal or unethical activities
- Client becomes hostile or uncooperative
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- First, through good faith negotiations
- If unresolved, through mediation in our jurisdiction
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for services
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be in courts of our jurisdiction.
